coffee vs tea
There have been many studies claiming the good and the bad of both of these beverages. So which one is it, which one is the best? We know that one is preventing different types of cancer and the other on helps increasing endurance during workouts. The truth is that the best for you is both, most original answer ever! But just as you shouldn’t focus your food only on 1 vegetable, you also should not focus only on coffee or tea. The one has benefits the other one lacks, just like yin and yang. But wait! I cannot possibly be drinking coffee and tea during the day it’s too much work!!! Luckily i wrote an article about the green tea extract you can take with your coffee:)
